important for shoulder health and to prevent injuries. stand infront of the cable machine straight arms and pull the rope towards your eyes/nose and try squeezing the shoulderblades togetjer and pull the arms as far back as tou can.
Can you believe it? The 2018 Botshabelo Volunteer Experience is officially underway.
