HOW TO MELT FAT FAST! 🥥🥥🥥🥥 Today we're going to talk about the calories OUT. 😶😶😶😶 A calorie is a unit of measure of heat energy. A Calorie (capital C) is 1000 little calories or a kilocalorie (or kCal). One little calorie has enough energy to raise the temperature of 1 gram of water by 1 degree Celsius. 🌋🌋🌋🌋🌋 When you sit on the couch during the weekend you're not burning excess calories! If you're eating more calories than you're moving weight gain happens. This is when calories in is greater than calories out. When you're moving as much as you're eating, your body keeps a stable weight. When you eat less than you move, or move more than you eat, you will lose weight! Moving more than you eat is a great way to do this, just so you can keep eating the same amount! 🕴️️🕴️️🕴️️🕴️️🕴️️ Start slow and start with attainable goals. Get of the couch, walk for 30 minutes one day this week. Then make it 30 minutes two days next week. Then three days and so on. Once you make it a habit, you'll begin looking forward to your walk and maybe even feel a bit out of sorts when you miss your walk! 🐒🐒🐒🐒🐒 When movement is a habit, you will look for more ways to move. 🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯 Stop doing Garfield shit and start doing tiger shit!

Started my Power List a couple days ago. 19 Days to go. Had to think about what I needed to work on. 1. Write down goals Many of the most successful people do this. Only 3% of the whole world writes down their goals. 3-4 % of this population is earning 96% of the money that’s being earned. Think about that. . 2. Read Financial Goal Card #Bobproctor did this. He was only earning $4,000.00 a year. He owed $6,000.00. When he started doing this, a year later he was earning $175,000.00 a year. The interesting thing is, he only put $25,000.00 at the time. With the goals I have, money is needed. A lot of it. I might as well give this Goal the most energy. . 3. Reprogram limited beliefs If I start entertaining a limited belief, I have to stop, and rewrite my script. Example: a financial difficulty comes, my mind starts talking about how I don’t have enough money. I transition this energy, and start writing down about how I am always earning large sums of money. . 4. No Rockstar Energy Drink I’ve been addicted to these for a while. I started to say NO to them. They were controlling me. The addiction got even worse with my SIBO. With the help of a high quality Probiotic, and @1stphorm Micro-Factor, the cravings are much less. . 5. No Fast Food Being on the road a lot, I unfortunately eat a fast food meal quite often. 🎚️I truthfully CAN NOT BELIEVE that just 4 months ago I COULD NOT have done (at very least) 95lbs. After my lower back injury I was not able to do over 100lbs with any body workout. I became depressed and unmotivated. I did not seek for help or pray to a God. I was determined to fight back for what I once accomplished. I underwent SELF-rehabilitation and began to Meditate for months Every. Single. Day. Pain is temporary, it becomes to manifest your body if you allow it.
