With all of the progress ive made in 2017 physically, mentally, spiritually and with my cooking, I’m so pumped to see what I can accomplish in 2018. • • Many people say “new year, new me”. I’m going to encourage you to change that mindset of going from 0 to 100. Make small changes from day to day.. heck! Even week to week! I am not even going to lie I miss soccer. Almost every single day. I loved it with every fiber of my being and if I could go back and work harder and be better, I would. I loved running and competition, I love the drive to do more, to learn more. The day I realized my “soccer career” was over I knew I had to find something to keep me in shape! I started crossfit and LOVED it! It had the face of competition. The desire to lift more and run faster came back! After I had Ezra I started focusing on working out in the gym and at home more. I miss the competition, the drive of pushing yourself to beat the person next to you. But now I am that person. My competition is me. I want to be better than I was yesterday. I want to run faster, to do more. I am trying to keep Ezra out of the gym (because of this plague, aka the flu, that is making people drop like flies!) so today I posted a 25 day at home workout routine!!
