Cassie: There’s something special about country life...the sounds, the smells, the green. Country life is beautiful! Don’t get me wrong, life in the city has its perks. But once a country girl, always a country girl.
Which do you prefer, the country or the city?

Self love. I passed by this sign today not knowing what or if I would post today. Then decided this topic of self love is so important and something I am working so hard on. We hear this concept of loving yourself but do we really understand the importance or meaning behind it? I know for me I thought I did but in reality I was clueless. In order to love others like a partner, children , friends , or family you have to first love yourself. If you can’t respect, take care of yourself, set boundaries then how can you expect to do that for others? How can you love someone when you don’t love yourself. It’s a chain reaction. I’ve been working hard on loving myself but even more so figuring out how to do that. People make it sound so easy but if it was that easy this world would be a different place. It would be filled with more love. I think for me part of loving myself is being nice to myself. Training my mind to talk to myself with encouraging and empowering messages. Not putting myself down. So many of us including myself have been trained to see the bad and speak so harshly to ourselves (not saying always). It’s amazing how just starting to tell myself for example how I did a good job today instead of telling myself I should of done something different made such an impact on my mood and the way I behaved with others. It’s important to even take baby steps because any step in the right direction brings us closer to the ultimate prize which is learning to love oneself. And when we can achieve that we can bring more love into this world and who wouldn’t want that. #selflove#peace#loveothers#respect#proud#babysteps#life#contribute#joy#liveinthemoment#now#behappy

Vacation is officially over which means back to the daily grind. Good thing this little thing I call a job allows me to travel whenever I want...workout at home...connect with new people from all over the country...and still have time to enjoy these beautiful sunny days
Love your job and you’ll never work a day in your life
