Alright, in the previous video I demonstrated the technique of a clean push-up ( The Lock ) . Today I will preform 5 basics push-ups exercises, start with 10 reps X 3 sets then move on to 20 reps X 3. . First - Normal Pushup, the distance between your hands a bit wider than shoulder width. . Second - Diamond Pushup, your hands should be positioned below your chest, elbow tend to flare especially in this kinf if a pushup so keep them closer to your body and there is more pressure on the lower back, so make sure you do the lock ( previous video). . Third - Inclined pushup, Which I consider the easiest one out of the five. . Forth - Declined pushup, again make sure you tighten your core in this one cause there is more pressure on the lower back also more shoulder muscles are involved. . Fifth - Wide Pushup, you can either point your hands to the sides or to the front and don't flare your elbows. . Sixth - A planche, Ooo you can't do that can you ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ˜‚ _________________
