What a strangely fantastic #WWFreestyle day!! My day was off because I brought 2 kiddos to the dr, yet I didn't let that stop me from taking care of me!! I did the treadmill for 90 minutes, over 16,000 steps, drank 100 oz of water and had a total of 17 sp. Best part, I felt satisfied ALL day!! This was a pleasant surprise to me. *Breakfast: Banana. 1 cup oatmeal w/ cinnamon & 1 tsp sugar. Total of 5 sp *Snack # 1: Fage Greek yogurt, blueberry sauce and whip cream. Total- 1 sp *Lunch: My kids didn't leave enough Boars Head turkey or rotessire chicken to make 1 satifing sandwich so I made the turkey into a wrap using Flatout light original flatbread, mustard and lettuce. On the side was the left over BH chicken, grapes and 7 Pringles (which gives me some crunch). Total- 4 sp *Snack # 2: (post workout) Banana and granola bar. Total 4 sp *Dinner: Turkey chili made w/ 99% ff turkey, 3 cans kidney beans, 1 LG can Hunts diced tomatoes, 1 LG can Hunts sauce, 2 peppers (1 yellow, 1 orange), 1 LG onions, garlic, pepper, chili powder and 1 tsp of sugar (which spread throughout the servings equals zero). Total: 0 sp 😀 Looking forward to having the chili for lunch tomorrow. *Snack # 3: Healthy Choice Fudge Bar. Only 3 sp!!! Great alternative to a bowl of ice cream!! I find I do best when I eat about every 2 hours. I am not diabetic, but my blood sugar will go low if I wait to long to eat. Plus, I get HANGRY! I find it also helps my mindset. I don't know about you, but I can eat my lunch and while I am still eating be thinking about chocolate. With eating every 2 hours I can tell myself that I REALLY have had enough to eat and I just need to wait it out. I hope you enjoyed a peek into my day.
