It had probably been over 15 years since I attempted a back flip. I know for some this might not seem like a big deal, but for me it was quite the accomplishment. There was a big part of my mind that doubted that my body was still capable of doing it, but that was just my mind playing tricks on me. 🌟 It’s so easy to underestimate what we are capable of, when in reality, I believe we are capable of doing amazing things. There is something about jumping backwards that scares the pants off of me, but after a little encouragement from my friends, and overcoming the doubt that the my mind was creating, I was able to do it. Half of the reason I’ve gotten back into my top shape is because of the two wheeler behind me. - The other half is honing I’m on my nutrition. (More to come in upcoming posts) - I’m an athlete, always have been, always will be. I neglected it for the last few years because my training led me into the biggest dark cloud that was suffocating. - But to keep neglecting that part of me because of what it done to me in the past is in not living in the moment, it’s bring past experiences into the present. Something I can assure you that you would be doing in this day also. It happens to us all. - It’s giving things a try with a clean slate, free from past experiences. - Today I feel amazing, I’m getting back into my top shape and have consciously decided to start racing. But this time, instead of letting it overcome my life, I will bring my wisdom and balance my 4 pillars (mind,body,soul and spirit) and bring my health and wellbeing to a new level. - I will have a mind and body of disciplined athlete, and the presence and consciousness of fully blissed out monk... come and get it 🤙🏽🤟🏽😎
