Loved my no pressure me-time solo run today. Was aiming for 6-7miles but ended around 4.5 bc hills we're kind of killer and averaged nearly 12:00 pace. With nothing but the sound of my breath, my feet hitting the ground, the birds, and the wind this run was what my soul was needing. So grateful for friends like @kate.fayn that help me make it happen. #strongwomenempowerwomen
