Smoothies are my jam! There's no better way to get started in the morning than with a nutrient dense smoothie! . This one has been made with cherries, something I've never really though about putting in one! I'll definitely give it a go though! . Here's my go to: 1 cup milk (nut, soy or dairy) 1 handful of fruit, either fresh or frozen Half a banana, something go to bring the sweetness ✌️ 1 scoop protein powder. I recommend @trueprotein 1 handful of nuts, macadamias or soaked cashews work well because they blend easily Half an avocado, because they are so great to sneak into anything 😂 . There are so many things you can add to mix it up with.....cacao powder, acai powder, oats or an egg. The possibilities are endless! . Blend together and enjoy! 📷@wholesomedaily
