HIIT a.k.a HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL

Y'all if you asked me what is my favorite style of training it would definitely be this I love workouts that incorporate using your body and weights in a high intensity. I would lean more towards this is a bit of resistance training, but since it is done in a high intensity I'll say it is HIIT
The workout involves
5 moves: 30s on 30s off, x3 rounds
1. Resistance band sprints
2. Reverse squat jumps with resistance bands
3. Forward alternate lunges (I used 25 pound weight)
4. Forwards weighted burpees
5. I don't know what I would call these, but definitely worked the core and glutes

Working out alone from home? Heck no! I got my tribe with me on a Saturday morning and crushing it!
This was my fear of working out from home when I first started. To not be motivated and doing the same thing over and over again. But with over 600+ workouts and keep being updated I seriously can't get bored. I also get this amazing group of over 25 ladies pushing themselves each and everyday to become a better version of themselves.
If you would have told me I would be doing frog jumps and pushups like this 2 yrs ago I would have laughed and not even have done them at the gym. Oh let me tell you this was one of the most intense workout I've done. And yes all from my virtual home gym.
