The Jets have signed WR Terelle Pryor to an undisclosed contract. Pryor only spent 1 year with the Redskins.
With the Jets, he'll be reunited with QB Josh McCown, who was his teammate when he broke out for 1,007 receiving yards and 4 TDs 2 seasons ago. He kind of fell off last season, but I think that's only because he never developed a strong rapport with Kirk Cousins. Now that he has McCown throwing to him again, who he already has a pretty strong connection with, look for Pryor to have a bounce back season next year.
The Eagles have signed former Ravens WR Mike Wallace to a 1-year deal worth up to $4M. Wallace was the WR1 for the Ravens last season.
Wallace was brought in as a replacement for Torrey Smith, who the Eagles traded to the Panthers for CB Daryl Worley. At 31, he has proved that he can still put up decent numbers, with a 748yd campaign last season. He'll probably see a dip in targets playing behind Alshon Jeffrey and Zach Ertz, but he should still be a nice WR2/WR3 for Carson Wentz to work with now that Smith is gone.

The Raiders have resigned QB EJ Manuel to a contract of unknown value. Manuel appeared in 2 games last season when starter Derek Carr was hurt, throwing for 265yds, 1TD, and 1 INT in those appearances. He'll have competition for the backup role come training camp, however, as the Raiders also brought in Josh Jackson earlier this offseason, and they have a young prospect in Connor Cook as well.
Bengals QB Coach, Alex Van Pelt, was at Toledo's Pro Day, to scout QB, Logan Woodside. Woodside is someone who I first noticed at the NFL Combine, and after looking into him a bit, I'm really impressed. He will likely go late on day 3, and would be a good pickup, if we miss out on a QB in the mid rounds.
