Drink a coffee, binge on the biscuits buns (whatever you get you’re hands on really).
Sit up to midnight on your phone/tablet wasting time on stuff and maybe people that have no real relevance in your daily life.
Now that you’re in that caffeine sugar induced high, try get some sleep . Now
Lent doesn’t always have to eradicate physical possessions from your life. Make simple changes can lead to a major overhaul in your thinking long term.
Take a step back and look at the world more positively.
Maybe that’s easy for me to say as I’m preparing to go on holiday tonight but I’ll see how the more positive thinking works out a few days into no coffee..
