Strawberry chia pudding with raspberries..... 6-7 strawberries (or any fruit in want your chia pudding to taste like)
1 full cream coconut milk (put can in fridge night before)
1 Tb maple syrup
6Tb chia seeds
Fruit to top
* Blend strawberries, whole can coconut cream ( making it cold just helps making it light and airy when blending but if your wanting to do this spur of the moment can totally just use the cream not cold) , maple sryup, and vanilla. Pour into a container then add chia seeds and mix together well. Put in fridge over night or at the least 3 hours. Top with fruit. Our latest project put to use. I wish I took some before photos so you could really see how this now eco-friendly fireplace looked before. It was a wood burning fireplace (which we love!), but had been previously closed off. We painted and white washed the brick and got a free standing bio ethanol fireplace. Super clean and sleek!
