Diet lifestyle | Healthy lifestyle β€’ Training with purpose vs training for strength, health and enjoyment β€’ A topic I feel pretty strongly about so apologies for the long post😬 On the left, I was 3 weeks out of a competition and I was eating and training with a solid purpose. A tough process but one I enjoyed😊Having said that, it’s not one that can be maintained all year round. In no way am I putting this process or physique down, I applaud anyone who does this well. My point is that it isn’t πŸ‘‰πŸΌsustainableπŸ‘ˆπŸΌ and sustainability is the difference between a DIET and a LIFESTYLE☝🏼 On the rightπŸ‘‰πŸΌ Playing around with training, various workouts, weights, reps etc. Energy, mindfulness and balance. You DO NOT have to give up the things you enjoy in order to achieve a sustainable lifestyle. There really is no perfect way to achieve your goals, you just have to find what works for you when it comes to training/eating and stick with it. I’m still learning this😊 Eating well and moving your body in a way you enjoy, really is the way forward😊 Of course, if you fancy playing around with diet/training in order to achieve a desired look, then go for itπŸ™ŒπŸ» I personally like to do a β€œmini cut” (hate that phrase but don’t know what else to call it😬) before a holiday just to see what I’ve achieved/gained in the last year and I do enjoy it😊 But it doesn’t take overπŸ™…πŸ½β€β™€οΈ and in no way does it hinder my life or enjoyment.
