Leg days have become so tough and I think that one of my knees is getting weak
This is the last thing I want at this point because I don't want to slow down and I definitely don't want an injury.
Going to need to do some research on this and find the root of the problem but I don't even know where to start.
If anyone's been there please help a girl out.
Consistency is hard when no one is clapping for you.
Clap for yourself,support your own damn self.You can never rely on other people because more often they leave when they see you working hard to make positive things happen.
