I just want to take a minute to congratulate Mike Palma for the outstanding dedication he's been putting into his workouts lately; this dude BRINGS it every day! When we first started training, he was pressing around 20-25 lbs and has been slowly working his way up. Today he was throwing up this 50lb bell multiple rounds like a CHAMP.
