Start off in a lunge position with a medium to heavy (I used 60lbs for the demo) kettlebell near your opposite-lunged side. Keep a proud chest and loose hips and swing/clean the bell in position for a clean upward press. Press the weight up above your head, lock your elbow, stand up. Lunge down onto the opposite leg, bring the bell down slow. Keep a proud chest, loosen your hips and place the bell down.
