🧠I’ve been playing around with our homemade suspension trainer. This piece of equipment can be made by purchasing safety straps and pvc piping at your local Home Depot store for about $10
I highly recommend the “TRX”. It’s great for everyone and can easily be used to reach any goal! For a good upper body pump i added this Suspension Trainer Set after @lalo_tha_barber weight training session.
