As you’ve most probably guessed by now, I’m a big fan of the stats
I’ve included an overview of a couple of things:
1. I have gone through the 200 mile mark for this year. I currently have a target of 1000 miles by the end of the year
2. This week I have hit my 19 mile target through a variety of sessions ♂️
3. Lastly, I’ve included my splits from earlier this morning. Between 2-5 miles I was absolutely on fire
By having individual targets and tracking my progress it definitely helps me monitor where I’m at. How do you track your progress? Strava? Excel? Both?
The weather is pretty crazy today so I have complete sympathy for those that have had races cancelled considering Bath Half was called off a few weeks back for myself. Do not let that put a damper on things, get out and do the distance so all the hard training you’ve racked up in the last few months doesn’t go to waste!!!
