. Today we have our #TechniqueTuesday . Here we have the Barbell Deadlift. . Benefits of this exercise.
- Overall full body strength exercise.
- Increased Glute strength.
- Learning the essential hip hinge movement.
- Increased lower back strength.
- Bar sits just over shoelaces.
- Set hips back until hamstrings feel tight.
- Armpits over barbell - Deep breath into diaphragm - Pick up with hips and shoulders rising at the same time.
- Finish with hard glute squeeze to push hips through.
