We generally tend to always look at the things we enjoy in our diets that are seen as "bad", and remove them when starting a diet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes this might need to be the case, but I always encourage an "audit" of your diet as a whole. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If a chocolate bar at lunch gets you through the day and stops any mid-afternoon sweet binges, and there's some other areas where you can make a change and lose weight for a few weeks, then just keep the chocolate bar in. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Depending on how far you want to go with things, will determine just how strict you will need to eventually get but I'm all for keeping in the small pleasures in a diet if there's another aspect of your diet that can be changed without too much upheaval and still get some initial results 🙌🏼

🔥😥🔥 This is one of my favorite delt finishers. It’s a slight variation of an upright row. The way I do this is by holding a plate right at the top of the plate and bending slightly forward at the waist and rowing the plate on a vertical axis from waist-height to my chin. The slight lean and the narrow grip incorporates a lot of upper-middle traps as well as tearing up the front deltoid. If shoulder pain is an issue for you, I don’t recommend using the narrow grip, and just using a slightly-wider-than-shoulder-width grip for these. The wider grip takes some stress off of the rotator cuff, but with low weight, and if there is no discomfort, the smaller muscles near the rotator cuff can be trained effectively and give that extra definition when cutting up.
