Arms! I personally don’t like working my arms but I think it’s important to work every part of your body. This workout is mostly focusing on biceps as I’m trying to tone my biceps up! if you guys would like to see a video just focusing on triceps let me know in the comments. Perform each exercise 3 times with 10-12 reps.
