#majorkeyalert Being in tune with your body’s deepest needs is the start of wellness. Diets and fads only work up to a certain point give your body what it needs.
Example/confession— some of you may know I’ve been doing a 21 day fast combined with my detox- I have one week left but had some meat over the weekend. I could feel I needed the protein, maybe bc it’s been a few weeks and started to feel more depleted, maybe bc my workout routine with @fwbtraining has remained the same.. in any case I could feel I needed that, and that’s ok. Intuition > strict guidelines. But to be in tune, you need to cut out the noise, the junk. #mondaymotivation#truebeauty#truewellness
