Keep Swimming .... in all you do. .
I had a “moment” this week where I felt....
. - like a bad mom
- as I say, “fat & sloppy” (terms I use after poor eating & little fitness). .
Then after a convo with Jason & my mom.... a verbal ass kicking if you will.... I changed my perspective. .
Then, these 2 things happened last night:
1- Pull up progression. Let me say, after my last pull up post, I HEARD YOU... I need more extension in order to count it! Dang ! 6 full extensions are my August goal; I’m getting closer. .
2- THEN.... A LVE letter from my boys. Out of the blue, yet RIGHT ON TIME .... Shayne hands me this last night. I don’t know what I did to deserve this. I cried as I read it. .
Momma’s, don’t be so hard on yourselves. I share both of these because as long as you keep at it, keep going & as my dear friend Heather says..... KEEP SWIMMING ... you’ll make it. We go & do & figure it out day in & day out. Just communicate with your kids & know.... they’re always, ALWAYS, watching & paying attention. . , pull-ups & letters y’all, kjs
