I may have to go with Ronda on this one considering how tired we all were after @coach_tasha put us to WORK with that surprise DUT I still think sparkling water is weird AF at/after the gym, but it hasn’t stopped me from cracking open a can there all week, and I gotta finish this case in my car somehow. One of my favorite kettlebell super sets for core strength.
Kettlebell swings are one of the best exercises out there. Its great for gain muscle endurance, solid glutes, more flexible hips and developing a core of steel.
Suitcase carry is a dynamic anti-flexion core exercise. It helps protect the shoulder and the hips via its une-lateral loading. Also this exercise is super efficient for developing strong core brace.
So, if you combine those two, you would get a great workout for your body, and specifically for your core!
