Basmati rice with curry. In the curry, I used coconut milk, chickpeas, cashews and peas - and it tasted so incredibly delicious! Of course basmati rice is not the healthiest rice, but I don't care. 😋🍛 × In einem Kapitel des Buches 'How Not To Die' wurde die unglaublich gesunde Wirkung von Kurkuma hervorgehoben. 1 TL täglich senkt die DNA-Mutationsrate um bis zu 38% (im Buch bezieht sich dies auf Lungenkrebs hervorgerufen durch Rauchen - aber auch Nichtraucher können sich so vor DNA-Mutationen durch Passivrauchen schützen). Da hatte ich plötzlich totale Lust auf ein Curry, deshalb gab es dann Basmatireis mit Curry, in dem Kokosmilch, Kichererbsen, Cashews und Erbsen verarbeitet sind. Total lecker! 🍚🌱 × Rezept für 4 Portionen: - Eine Tasse Reis in 3 Tassen gesalzenem Wasser kochen. - 2 Zwiebeln schneiden und in einer großen Pfanne anbraten. The vision pulls you. 💫 ❄️ It's Wednesday which means half of the week is over 🎉 I'm still at school dreaming about these sweetpotato falafels I made last weekend 😍 who else loves falafels? @reishunger was so kind to send me a box full of goodies which I immediately had to try and these balls were the first thing that came to my mind 🙈💕 I love sweet potatoes and the little rice crackers gave everything a lovely flavour 😊 as you can see I'm in love with this recipe 😁 what's your favourite recipe at the moment? 👇 I hope you have a lovely day ❤️ ❄️ Sweet potato falafel recipe: ▫️ Ingredients: ▪️ 225g raw sweet potato ▪️ 50g chickpeas ▪️ 50g @reishunger reischips* mediterran ▪️ salt ▫️ Instructions: Put the sweet potato in a blender and blend until it's mostly smooth. Add the chickpeas and blend again before adding the reischips and salt. Blend one last time but it's okay when there are a few pieces in the mixture. Form little balls and bake them for about 20min until slightly brown. Now you can add them to a buddha bowl or any other dish of choice. *Werbung/ad

Æsken indeholder lasagneplader og saucemix. Det hele er vegansk. Jeg har så bare fulgt opskriften og brugt Hakket fra @plantebevaegelsen i stedet for okse. . . . Bechamel sovsen er: naturli smørbar i gryde, pisket sammen med 2 spsk mel til en smørbolle. Tilføj havremælk og kog op. Det skal være tykt. . . Tilføj en halv revet lille muskatnød, en spsk gærflager, en tsk gurkemeje, en tsk kværnet peber, 1/2 tsk løgpulver og 1/2 tsk hvidløgspulver. Rør det rundt til en lækker og smuk gul masse og fordel i bradepande: “kød”sovs, bechamel, plader osv. Perfekte Fotos hin und her, was zählt ist doch der Inhalt oder nicht?😂 Mein Frühstück war ja heute schon in meiner Story, aber hier nochmal das Rezept für das Dinkelkörnermüsli: 30-50g gekochte Dinkelkörner 100-150g Sojajoghurt Süßungsmittel nach Belieben 1/2 Apfel, geraspelt 1/2 Banane in Scheiben Klein geschnittene Datteln Acaipulver Walnüsse& Pecannüsse Kakaonibs, gepuffter Amaranth Einfach alles vermengen und Essen 😁 Kann man natürlich durch beliebige andere Getreide-/Obstsorten austauschen.

Raw Chocolate Soul Therapy 🍋 I used a massive amount of raw cacao for this one and I must have dehydrated half the house.
