For a few days now,I've been coming to the realization that everything I've been through has made me stronger. As I look back from 10 months ago to now, I went through events I never thought I'd survive from. I wanted all of the pain to go away and I couldn't wait for life to feel better. But here I am stating that life gets better! I've developed a better relationship with God, my family, my health, and myself. I also replaced every toxic friend with the most positive group of individuals who have made me the person I am today. Pain is what gives you the strength and strength is what will give you the growth. Life will be full of challenges, plot twists, and uncertainty. But what we do know, is that we must keep pushing forward to get to the best kind of life. Push yourself to add more weights and run the extra mile. It's all going to be worth . And one day, you'll be looking back at your past, and feel pride in yourself knowing that you successfully made it

My addiction.... these rosemary fries from @granville are next level 🤤
Easy Sunday bake, using soya "meat" (see today's insta story), shrooms, peas, carrots, onions, chopped and cherry tomatoes. Served with mash piled high
P.s. I said this dish looked a bit 80s but my husband didn't know what I was on about, it totally does!
