For any one interested in the protein smoothies Ive been drinking:
First thing I do is make coffee cubes. I have a decaf tray and a caf tray. I just freeze plain black Folgers classic roast. Decaf is what’s in the picture because it’s night time and I don’t need any caffeine.
I add about 3-5 cubes depending on how much I want to taste the coffee.
The I add like maybe 1/2 a cup of my iconic protein drink. Probably less like a lil less than 1/3 of a cup.
Then I add one scoop of the protein isolate powder in vanilla custard flavor. (Isolate is not chalky! No where near as chalky as most protein powders.) and one scoop of that is about 30 grams of protein. Then I add 3-5 scoops of the probiotic powder. Those are like 1/2 a tablespoon per scoop.
Then I add 3 big punches of chia seeds.
Then I add some water until it’s enough to make it mix well together.
If I’m in a mood for it to be more like an icee or a Frappuccino, I’ll add ice cubes till they stick out the top of the mixture and it will make it like an icee texture.
