#week7 Une bonne semaine sur tout le haut du corps en grande partie mais j'ai quand même essayé de me remettre à la cardio un peu mais dur dur :/ Bon première séance : biceps/pec et un peu Abdo -10min de course à 9km/h -10 tractions en pronation -12x8 dvpt incliné haltère 18x2kg -12x8 dvpt couché 35kg -10x3 pompes -25x3 Abdo -1min30 de gainage sur chaque côté -20min de vélo à 28km/h Deuxième séance un peu courte(1h) car je n'ai pas eu le temps mais je finirai demain. biceps épaule -12x8 curl haltère 18kg chaque bras -12x8 tirage horizontal -12x8 tirage vertical -30 pompes -je sais pas comment ça s'appelle mais genre tu prends un poid tu te mets debout tu te penches du côté droit ou gauche te redresse du même côté Et demain je ferai un peu de cardio ainsi que les triceps et les fesses :3 #fitness #fitnessmotivation #muscles #musculation #training #basicfit
