It was never easy and it’s not going to be. Changing yourself in and out is painful and it takes time, you have to work on it every single day.
How do I keep motivated? I watch motivational videos, I surround myself with like minded people, every time when I feel down I spend some time with myself and analyse what’s going on instead of living in denial.
The most important change is how I feel now. I stopped blaming everyone else for my problems and I take action when something goes wrong.
I have lipoedema and have to work really hard to keep things under control. That’s why I really want you to look after your health . Do something while you still have a choice
