It’s just 60 minutes of the day, and I e gotten into so much of a habit that it just happens without really thinking about it. But the food. That’s the harder part. Thats the other 23 hours of the day is where the real work happens. Where I have to turn off those excuses and decide how bad I really want it. My tips: DON’T HAVE CRAP FOOD IN YOUR HOUSE. If you don’t have it you are less likely to eat it! KEEP A FOOD LOG. Track your foods so you know you are eating exactly what you are eating. PLAN YOUR MEALS IN ADVANCE. Know what you are going to eat before the start of your week. I’m really struggling this week. It seems that every day I’m on track and then something happens at night where I’m like yeah you can eat that crappy snack—not a meal, I just over indulge in snacks.
