I’m sure most of you might find this weird but trust me it’s good to try sometimes. I remember once I had a customer who complained that they received a damaged product. So instead of asking them to return the product and start the whole replacement process, I consulted with my supplier and we sent out a new product to him. No returns or replacements needed! Not only was the customer happy, but he recommended 2 more customers to our store. Never underestimate the power of a good gesture!
