Black Bean Brownies These brownies are healthy, delicious + guilt FREE! If you have a sweet tooth like me, these are a MUST!
You may be a little skeptical about black bean brownies...I know I was at first. Beans? In Brownies? They’re not exactly like regular brownies but pretty damn close.

Blend in a food processor:
•1 can black beans
•1/3cup pure maple syrup
•1/4cup coconut oil
•1/2tsp baking powder
•2tbsp cacao powder
•1/2 tsp Stevia
•2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend until it it really smooth! (If you find it thick, add in a tiny bit of water). Once that is blended, stir in:
•1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips or whichever chocolate chips you like!
Bake at 350 degrees for 17-18 minutes. Let cool in the pan before cutting up. Enjoy!
