Here's the sweaty Leg/Booty session I had yesterday. I didn't lift very heavy but I still got an amazing, challenging workout in! Part of this is because I'm really focusing on the muscles that I'm working- The ones I'm contracting while performing the movement. Proper form and slow movements are key factor when you're putting your muscles to work in the most efficient way. Get the best pump for your time!!

Single Leg Deadlift 4x10 each leg
Plié Squats 4x12
Glute Cable Kickbacks 4x17
Stairmaster intervals for 5 minutes ( use band for a massive burn )
