It’s a wake up Wednesday. Come on and join me and wake up the creativity and independence and your children with a life coach. I am doing self-esteem confidence coaching with kids ages 8 to 17 using hip-hop music and acting monologues to develop skills that will help your children for their entire lives. They will be so proud of themselves and excited through learning how to write a rhyme perform it and also to write a monologue and performance. Reach out to me and we can get started and set up an individual coaching plan for your child. #LifeCoach#Self-esteemConfidenceCoaching #NewYork#Phoenix#Scottsdale#WakeUpWednesday#Creativity#Hip-hop #Music#Acting#Monologues#Writing#Tailored3uCoaching
My evening last night was an emotional one. I probably haven't mentioned this before but my boss and I have a great relationship. She's opened up to me about her life in which she's still recovering from. Man issues. Family issues everything. In return I sit and listen and also share my unfortunate life tails. Yesterday around 4pm was another one of those talks that lasted in to the dark evening. We didn't even bother to turn on the lights just sat an talked. She's a person I look up too, she's lived a long life in upper class settings being flown in private jets and mingling with celebrities. However that's not why I look up to her. Almost 50 she's spent her life being abused by her entire family and the man she loved. However since she's spent her entire life in it she had no idea. She's now going through therapy and understanding human psychology and how fucked up it is. The sad reality is that I always thought that once I owned a home, car, had children that life would be great. And she made me realize.....not exactly.
Next on #TommysBookBonanza. I picked this up at an airport a while back when I was feeling anxious. Then, I felt OK for a while and stopped looking after myself. But that was a #DummyMove and not a good idea. Today I finished reading it, and it helps. Lots of accessible, top-line stuff here. Good if you want to dip a toe in and see what the water's like before diving in.

Raise your hand if you’re afraid of failure! ♀️ Sometimes the biggest thing holding us back is ourselves. The thought of sending my manuscript to beta readers makes me want to slam my laptop shut and never finish my WIP. That fear is good, healthy! It means we know the value of our work. It means we take ourselves and our writing seriously. As long as we keep learning, doing, and believing, we have nothing to fear.
