At one point we asked our server what the greens were in the center of this #yellowtail dish. She told us it was cilantro sprouts and @ammahawks responded, "Oh shiiiiiit, I gotta find that stuff. I'm going to make a salad out of it".

This is a picture from 4 years ago. I remember thinking, “gross, there’s no way I can post that.” It’s funny because now this is one of my goal pictures, not my final goal, but a stepping stone. I’ve got 20 lbs to go until I’m the same as I weighed in that picture. And then another 20-25 lbs until I am at my final goal. That is SO SCARY to think about! I try and set weekly/monthly goals as well to keep me on track. That way i have smaller goals to work towards that aren’t as scary! My goal last week was to workout everyday and I did it!!! This week my goal is make sure I am drinking 1/2-1 gallon of water everyday. I struggle when it comes to drinking enough and I want to change that. We are heading back to Mexico next month to catch more of these babies, and i have a goal to be 12 lbs lighter by then. What are your goals that you have set for yourself? Let’s hear them!
