I have been spending a lot of time on my mat lately. Moving how my body wishes and learning to listen. Listen to how I feel physically and emotionally. Understanding that this practice is forever changing just as I am. Every time I step in this space brings a new experience and there is no room for expectation. The only thing I know about my practice is that I leave my mat feeling more full than I did when I arrived. .

I am sorry to go there again and I am sorry they feel that way. I did not expect backlash at this point and am attempting to understand and reframe constructively.
The assumptions about my character do not bother me as I do not believe I am that...it is more the disappointment that anybody would want to kick anybody down without truly listening - and disguising that by suggesting bad things of the other. I know those who care for me, and who can use their own minds and make their own decisions would not believe half-truths, and that they would let me know if I was wrong. I want genuine connections that hold me to the best version of myself, not pets, not yaysayers, not enablers who won't hold me accountable.
Life has a way of bringing the right people in and moving the wrong people away, so I trust whoever stays and goes will be a match to who I am.
