Here is something different to try out 😜 βž–βž–βž– Superset training is my favorite method to utilize when training. Supersets increase your metabolic rate, muscle growth, supersets allow you to increase your intensity by overloading the muscle. In the video I am doing an agonist superset with tricep press and around the worlds. I kept my rest period between 60 seconds between each superset. For this exercise, I did 3 sets 8-10 reps each.
